I've received an email inviting me to QuickView Cloud, why did I receive this?
If you've received an email with the subject You've been invited - QuickView™ - this means a company using our Augmented Reality sales & marketing cloud has given your email address access to their products.
If you work in the flooring industry, it's likely someone within your company has given you access to your QuickView Cloud account. By logging into QuickView Cloud you'll be able to see which company has sent you this invitation.
If you do not work in the flooring industry, or you do not recognize the company inviting you to QuickView Cloud please contact support. We'll be able to put you in contact with the person who sent the invitation, or if it was made by mistake we will be able to cancel the invitation and remove you from our system.
I've lost my temporary password / I want to change my temporary password
If you've forgotten your temporary password you'll need to reset it. You can do this by visiting the following page https://my.quickview.nz/user/reset/ or by asking the QuickView chat bot to reset your password.
I already have a QuickView account associated with a company, can I be invited to a second one?
Yes! You can join as many QuickView companies as you like. When you sign in you'll have the ability to select which company to sign in to.
