Before we get started, make sure you're logged in to https://my.quickview.co - creating an account is free if you don't already have one.

If at any stage you get stuck and you need support, please contact support@quickview.co and one of our team will reply, alternatively click the chat logo at the bottom right of each page and any available support member will help you through the support request.

 

Basic Company Information

  1. To get started, click create new company from the My QuickView dashboard.
  2. You'll need to enter some basic company information, we'll use the email address & phone you enter here to contact you if we need more information.
  3. Click create company

Detailed Company Information

  1. Begin typing into the address field and click on the result that matches your address. If you are a retailer, this should be the address of your store.
  2. You can optionally add a bio and website - these will be displayed to users in-app and on our web channels.
  3. You can also add your social media accounts. You only need to enter your social media handles, for example, if your instagram page is https://www.instagram.com/mytilecompany, you should enter mytilecompany here.
  4. You'll be prompted to upload a banner and logo - these should be as close to the suggested sizes as possible.

Getting started & modifying your company

When you click finish, you'll be redirected to QuickView Cloud. Once you're signed in here, you'll be redirected to your brand new company.

 

Adding team members

  1. Find the menu on the left-hand side of the screen and click settings.
  2. Click team settings up the top.
  3. Click Invite new user, enter the required information, and select a role.
  4. Click Invite

If this user has an account with us, we'll ask them to join your company - you wont see them in your dashboard until they have accepted this invite. If they do not have an account with us, we'll send them an email with a username & temporary password, they'll be able to access the new company straight away.

 

Changing your design

  1. Find the menu on the left-hand side of the screen and click settings.
  2. Click design editor up the top.
  3. Here, you can modify your brand colors & logos. Change these to match your desired branding, and click save
